My 330e was due an MOT and brake fluid change. Grant Davis agreed to collect the car from my house, take it to Battersea and return it later the same day. Everything went according to plan - a good arrangement and I will do the same for my Z4

Apart from facilitating social distancing, the staggered reception times are great in avoiding waiting. Joshua was most helpful in explaining the service requirements for the vehicle. My wife appreciated his extra efforts in pairing her iPhone.
I booked - no problem I checked booking later - no problem The car was collected on the day and at the time given It has had its annual check - the price reasonable - and feels fine to drive

It was an excellent service just at the handover I had to wait for about 25 mins outside waiting for the handover person apart from that it was absolutely amazing service and exceptional service.
Alex was quite responsive to our communication since day 1. We went through the car spec line by line. He is quite knowledgeable and passionate about bmw, and I felt that clearly. He also responded promptly to address some issues that I raised.
Exchange and handover (in commercial underground car park on Park Lane) very handled.
They helped us to decide on our specification, were efficient in agreeing an acceptable price, and handled our change of mind on part of the spec efficiently. The handover of the car was on the date set 6 months earlier, and was efficient.

Fantastic! Considering COVID procedures have been in place throughout it all, I still got my car on time (early actually) and was able to collect. There was no option available for delivery I believe but I was happy to pick up myself.
