Although servicing prices are quite high at the BMW service center, customer service has been excellent and I was also offered a few MOT given servicing fees I paid.

However staff don't seem to have integration between their systems. For example I took my car in for service and asked if my tyres were covered but they had no access to check which cover I had. Apparently it's being sorted out.

Very satisfied from booking an appointment for my preferred day and date to leaving the premises in my car. I was served by Chris Mallouppas, who called me when my car was ready and waited till closing time for me to collect it. Total professional.

Apart from the somewhat nice staff, the actual service was horrible. I've brought the car in for a recall, if the car develops issues under your hands, I should not be held liable.
