I was given a date of my choice, there was online access to my car. On arrival, the check-in took less than five minutes and on arriving to collect the car again it was less than five minutes. All the staff was very courteous and helpful.

Good communication using messaging to keep me informed and updated and decisions made quickly with explanations. As I am working, messaging is excellent because I will not be able to answer calls, and the messaging service is interactive. So bravo.

When I arrived I was told I would have to pay and extra GBP126 in addition to my three year service charge. I challenged this and it was removed. I arranged to collect my car at 7:30. I arrived at 7:45 and I then waited 15-20mins for it!

I booked an AC service on the app when I checked my car in for its MOT. For some reason it was not done. The person who returned my key explained that the app did mot communicate this information to them.

As stated, Oskar Eiduks provided outstanding support. The overall service and repair was good too. Hopefully, the radar wont be stolen again (but BMW should take note and change the design to make this harder to be stolen)

Generally very good, but I discovered by chance, after scrutinizing my MOT certificate, that my two front tyres had some minor damage and I was recommended to change them. I feel I should have been alerted to this when I collected the car.

The engine light glows at dashboard while the report of inspection and video shows all aspects as green? Why this is showing nobody answers or call backs despite repeated attempts

Absolutely brilliant. My local dealer told me there was nothing wrong with my car yet Park Royal took a look and found plenty wrong, all fixed under the AUC warranty. Shame all dealers are not as good as these guys. Kept me informed all the way.

The whole experience was seamless and pleasant. I have aleays used Battersea centre but I find Park Royal friendlier. I am now going to stick to Park Royal for future use,

Almost everyone was excellent, had issues with loan car as initially booked for automatic and on the day I was offered manual but with great leadership of Ken it was resolved less than an hour. That's called excellent service and decision making .
