However staff don't seem to have integration between their systems. For example I took my car in for service and asked if my tyres were covered but they had no access to check which cover I had. Apparently it's being sorted out.

Very satisfied from booking an appointment for my preferred day and date to leaving the premises in my car. I was served by Chris Mallouppas, who called me when my car was ready and waited till closing time for me to collect it. Total professional.

Apart from the somewhat nice staff, the actual service was horrible. I've brought the car in for a recall, if the car develops issues under your hands, I should not be held liable.

It was ok however i was given option a cost savings option to pay in advance for service due in September, app still doesn't show updated information and haven't received an update call from executive while it was promised.

On top of the point above, i think my car was left under a tree after being washed, which then -with rain to- made the car even dirtier than when i dropped it off.

Getting to the service centre without a car is tricky. I had to walk 25mins from North Acton station. Having pick up transport available would be nice. If this service is already in place then it's worth mentioning to all customers on departure.

The two stars are simply for the fact that the car was somewhat detailed. The tyre alarm on the car when it was returned was still registering on the dashboard. Could no one inflate the tyres???

Oskar in Park Royal always find the way to accomodate you. When I call Bmw park lane phone line is always very complicate and even if it is an urgent issue, they never help you. Thanks to Oskar everything go very smooth and no complication.

Only reason not to rate 5 stars is upon return tyre pressure red light came on. When I told adviser he suggested I go to the local garage and I felt he did not take responsbility - but he did subsequently advise me how to resolve which was helpful.

Car was booked into service by Alphabet and was expecting to get my car picked up and a courtesy car dropped off. Turns out BMW Park lane only offers one or the other and alphabet didn't inform me. Interior of the car was returned dirty

I received an email regarding MOT due on my BMW and had no problems booking in for my preferred day. Call Centre staff was very helpful and answered my questions. Park Royal is a very well run Service Centre with friendly Service Managers and staff.

Although servicing prices are quite high at the BMW service center, customer service has been excellent and I was also offered a few MOT given servicing fees I paid.
