I've been using Park Royal service centre a while and the service team are always friendly and understanding. In particular Oskar the service advisor who always keeps me updated and willing to accommodate.

Very poor, went in for simple break change and my car was kept for over 24 hours. I was told last minute that I wasn't going to get it back the same day. This is a mobility car and my mum had an important hospital appointment the next day.

Brought in for Service + MOT + Recall, was with the centre for 5 days, wasn't until the 4th day was the recall started. No other work was done. Vehicle inspection brought up issues, was heavily overpriced for suggested works.

The price, service & professionalism were all top drawer. The only reason I haven't give. 5 stars is because since I got the car back I have had some electrical issues with the windows/ door mirrors only working intermittently.

They were super accommodating but when I got the car almost home the tire pressure warning lights on both the rear wheels came on and had been left very low on air pressure.

Booked car with 3 weeks advance notice due to losing functionality on the computer after an upgrade. Booked car in on 11/11, due to staff shortages my car was kept until Wed 13/11.

Service took 2 days instead of 1 as planned, were unable to diagnose repeat roof water leakage issue (yet still paid ~£150 for diagnosis work) and forgot to wash car

2 issues reported and both unresolved: - tyre pressure monitor was apparently checked and resolved but cropped back again soon after - complained about car jerking at low speed <20mph but the technicians could not feel it, Gear issue/software?

They didn't do what I asked then to do. But everyone was incredibly friendly. Just a shame I didn't the MOT I had requested. Can't stress enough that all were super polite and helpful, just that I had requested an MOT, and it wasn't done.
